Gaps in employment can happen for a lot of reasons – some by choice, some by necessity. Confidently owning the “then”, and providing evidence that you are qualified and ready for service in the “now”, gives you the best chance to get hired by employers willing to consider qualified candidates in spite of gaps in employment.
